We handle the whole turnover. We walk the property, give you a written scope, then patch, paint, replace flooring and fixtures, repair doors, windows and trim, and leave it ready for the next tenant or buyer. Because we are a full remodeling and restoration contractor, bigger problems found along the way, like water damage, rot or a roof leak, get fixed by the same crew.
