Privacy policy
Effective October 27, 2026
This policy explains what information Property Preservation, Inc. collects through propertypreservationinc.com and how we use it.
What we collect
What you send us. When you fill out the estimate form we receive your name, phone number, email address, town, the service you need, your timing and anything you write in the message. When you call, text or email us, we receive what you share there too.
Basic visit information. The site uses a website analytics script that records which pages are visited, the site that sent the visitor, the type of device and browser, and taps on our phone and email links. It may use a cookie or similar browser storage to recognize a returning visitor. We use it to see how people find us, not to identify you.
Other sites. The Better Business Bureau seal loads from bbb.org, and links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
We do not take payments through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, prepare your estimate, schedule and complete the work, and keep records of the job. If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop texts.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this website and deliver form messages to us, who handle it only to provide those services. We also share it with an insurance company, property manager or other party when you ask us to work with them on your job, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you, do the work and keep normal business and tax records.
Your choices
Email info@propertypreservationinc.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
